WHAT DO WE WANT?
To facilitate and support the resting place for Muslims after death by building a Private Graveyard alongside with integrated funeral services for upholding the social cause and religious practices in more functional and personal way.
WHAT'S IN IT?
Inspired by the concept of Social Business, this project is about to build a Private and Commercial Graveyard for Muslims for the first time in Bangladesh named OPAR including all the related funeral services for those who want to buy private resting place after death for themselves and their family members by the values and code of Islam.
This Private Graveyard will facilitate the deceased to bury in privately bought Grave (Saf Kabla registered) eternally for both in this world and after. However, Grave winner can authorize his/her family members to bury in the same Grave after death accordingly, if only willing to.
This unprecedented idea of sellable Private Graveyard will cut off all the stress and hardship of the relatives of the deceased regarding finding Grave and burying as there is none available. This way the deceased can also be buried immediately after passing, which is recommended by Islam.

This Private Graveyard will provide one stop Funeral Solution and also have Masjid for continuous prayer led by Qualified Imam. It will have large space for collective prayer of Janaza, Funeral Shop, Washing Facility, Site Office, Café, Freezer Van, Parking Facility etc.
Total area of the Cemetery is consist of around 200 decimal/2 acre/87120 sq. feet which can accommodate around 1500+ Grave plots, 8' X 5' each after deducting 30% space for common facilities and walk way. These plots are available for selling both in installment and one off payment in different prices and there is a quarterly maintenance fee against each plot.

This Graveyard is located at Rajendrapur, Gazipur adjacent to Rajendrapur Cantonment area directly aligned with the highway, outskirts of Dhaka capital and 1 hour driving distance from the main city through BRT (Bangladesh Rapid Transit).

CORPORATE SALES
Any Corporation, Institution or Enterprise interested to buy minimum 5 Grave plots or above will qualify under Corporate Sales and will enjoy additional 4% discount compare to the regular price posted for Private Sale in all types at the Launching period.
MOU needs to be signed between the Organizations where mode of payment and other terms may vary based on sales volume, negotiation and consensus.

Special discount of launching period will end at 30June 2024 and plot price shall remain back to the regular price after
Clients need to pay their full dues before SAF KABLA Registration and utilizing their allotted Grave plots. However, for installment, clients need to pay minimum 20% deposit and can be entitled to avail the respective Grave for themselves or their family members in case of emergency subject to payment of the due balance and availability.
Plot delivery will start from July 2025 on first come first serve basis
VAT, registration fees and other surcharges are applicable on buyers
Burial cost and maintenance fees are applicable only for occupied Graves. No charges for empty Grave.
Related Funeral Services will be provided to only existing clients/Grave winner, not for the outsiders.
Grave Winner can nominate an individual as next kin who will be the authorized representative and contact personnel in his/her absence
OPAR Cemetery and Services Ltd. reserves the right to revise/cancel its Price, Sale and Discount based upon circumstantial need and contingency.

50 plots will be donated in free of cost for emergencies and those who are unable to afford as part of CSR and Social Compliance. All the related cost e.g. Funeral, Burying and Maintenance will also be exempted indefinitely for them.
All the Grave plots will be treated equally in honor of the departed soul at this Cemetery in terms of construction, demarcation, size, maintenance, labeling. All the deceased will be buried with the environment friendly compostable materials like wood, soil etc. and no exception or special arrangement will be allowed so that asymmetry and equality are maintained all over.
